		<description>Hi Kat. I did not want to pass by without leaving a comment. I very much resonate to what you say. There is so much going on and a lot of it is negative. This truly is a test for so many of us. What can we do? The key is to rely on our own resources. That is where our strength lies. You are right about getting quiet, calm, &amp; centered. How else can we get in touch with what is going on inside us;  so that  we can hear what our inner guidance is telling us?  We are all in the process of becoming. Nothing stays stagnant. Together we can join, especially as women to support each other through our various transitions.
