I absolutely adore this book! I fell in love with all the characters who "peopled" the account of Kat's pilgrimage.

I have already savored this delicous book six times; each time I come away with deeper insights. I bought this book with my "Christmas money", almost as the desperate act of a drowning man. Reading this book brought calm with it. Kat's recounting mirrored some of my own processes, reminding me that we are all One.

I took Poohbear's words to heart, vibrating with a new understanding that it didn't REALLY matter about the diagnostic labels of Chronic Fatigue and ADHD. I could meditate, using the concepts illustrated by the kitten Catzenbear and interpreted by Master Pooh. I could take the focus off of myself and sit.

This winsome book will melt into your heart and bones, if you let it! You don't have to be a "cat person" or a Buddhist to feel your heart just open up, under the wise sharings of the precious Poohbear. (Just so you know, he's funny too!)

Should you think that these remarks are "over the top", you have only to read the book. Your view of yourself and the world will never be the same, and you will be grateful to Kat Tansey and the two Maine Coon brothers who took you "out of this world".....
