My interest in learning how to become a confident sleeper began as a personal quest. Several years ago I began having problems sleeping due to some physical and emotional challenges in my life. I set out to learn everything I could about insomnia and sleep, and ended up creating my own unique recipe for regaining my confidence and learning how to get the restful, restorative sleep I needed, no matter what the circumstances.

My problem was solved, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I should do something more, that I should help others learn what I now realize is so important to our health and well being. So, at the urging my my friends and family, I decided to develop Insomnia Relief Recipes.
